I can print bricks coupons with no problem, but when it comes to printing smart source coupons, it seems impossible. I've tried using IE, firefox versions 3 and 2, safari and google chrome. I uninstalled and reinstalled my printer (epson cx6000), updated the printer driver, made sure windows is up-to-date, uninstalled and reinstalled the coupon software, restarted my laptop numerous times. I've also disabled my firewall, and pop-up blockers. I don't know what else I can do. With firefox 3, trying to print just closes firefox immediately. Using firefox 2 or IE shows that they are printing, but they never do. Does anybody have any suggestions? TIA!

Those are good questions. I have had the same troubles with some of the coupons .
They say "printing", but never do actually print. I can go to bed and get up the next morning and they are still ......"printing". Sigh.......

I have the same problem sometimes. Not sure the reason but, sometimes they won't print and I'll try 2 or 3times and then they'll print. If they don't print by the third time, I give up and try again later.

Nope! I've never been able to print them either. I've used different browsers and different computers in my house. Still zilch!

weird... I had the same problem, only I couldn't print bricks, and I COULD print SS... if THIS is the problem... and you have a Lexmark... THAT is why, bricks coupons will NOT go through a lexmark printer because it is formatted as a "copier" and not a printer. I had to buy an HP and now it prints all Q's.

Also have you tried different browsers? I.E. Safari, internet Explorer, and/firefox. Some people say that upon switching they were able to print them.

I have an epson, but it is a printer/copier/scanner. Maybe that is part of my issue.

I have a Lexmark and it DOES print bricks but NOT SS. However, mine is an all-in-one also...printer,copier & scanner. Maybe that is the issue.

I was having the same problem, and using an HP all-in-one at the time. Then got the Kodak all-in-one to replace it....btw I DO NOT recommend that printer for MANY reasons...anyway, the "coupon printing issue" still continued. Then, decided to get a little $36 HP 1420 for my laptop and low and behold, I now have no more coupon printing issues!! It may be something to do with the configuration for the all-in-ones, as was suggested earlier, I don't know.

It seems weird that this post showed up here tonight, I have been working on fixing this problem "All Day" I have done everything I found suggested on the web and I still can't get them to print,

There are some really good information there that tells you what to do if you can't print or it keeps telling you that it is printing but is not.

However, that is not my problem, I click on the print button in smartsource and it tells me that I have to activate , I can't see the yellow bar at the top in order to download Active X.
I am going to figure this out. I am now obcessed with finding an answer.
I will keep you informed if I find out anything else.

If it is an All In One, then that is the problem... technically these are formatted as copiers and not printers... as I said, therefore they will not print bricks... at least I know that LexMarks won't. Smartsource is a branch of bricks so USUALLY when you can't print one you can't print the other...

I can't get SS Qs to print either... They did for a tiny bit, then I got a "not enough memory" error on the printer and they won't print again!

DH said he'll look into it his next day off!

We have a Lexmark All-In-One and I can print out Bricks coupons fine using IE

I downloaded the Safari browser and was able to print SS coupons... for a little while... about the end of week of the 9th... I got some kind of bug that kept popping windows open on the screen. I got rid of that bugger and now can't print SS coupons.

Annoying!! I want my free TP coupons from SS!!

I have the most trouble getting the coupons to print from the links given in forums.
Ya know, when someone gives a link and it says "Print your coupon". ? I click on the link, and it says "coupon printing",, but it lies........

Seems like I don't have quite as much trouble if I go straight to Bricks or SS , but thru a link,
same problem. What's annoying, is that it's not always consistent. Sometimes it will go ahead and print it, but the very next try........no way.

Thanks for the link about browsers and printing. Actually, I saw that somewhere else once and tried it and it did work for me. Then I lost the link, and just forgot about it. I'm going to print that off so I can save it for later reference. Thanks again !

I had the same problem. I don't know what my hd did, he's a bit of a wiz, but it's fixed. The only thing with this unlimited Q's I got three q's then it said unauthorized use. So tried again went to print and it lost connection must be bogged
