Can someone help me please? I am so sad. I have been trying all morning to print some bricks coupons and I keep getting the same message... We're sorry... We do not support your printer or your printer settings. Is anybody else getting this? Does anyone know how to fix it? Do I have to go buy a new printer??? UGH!

What browser are you using? When I try to print one in Firefox, it just says "Please Wait" forever and does nothing. I have to do any bricks Qs in Explorer. Could it be that?

I've tried Firefox and IE...no go it's the weirdest thing...I've never had trouble before

I have the same issue. It is not your printer...but your computer. My husband and I have tried to figure it out for a month now. We finally decided last night we are going to wipe out the computer and install everything again.

I had that problem for a while and it sort of resolved on it's own. Maybe you should try looking to see if Windows update is available.

Well, I don't know what happened but 8 hours later it works! I uninstalled and reinstalled everything from the coupon printer found at coupons.com to IE7 to finally uninstalling my printer and reinstalling and thankfully it is working now...yay!
