| Ideas needed for baby doll for my 3 year old I am looking for a nice (and small) baby doll for my 3 year old. Her older sisters have this baby doll here and she does like it. She says she wants a baby boy. The only thing I hate about these dolls is they are so hard to dress. My eldest daughter still cannot put the booties on her doll. If anyone has any suggestions as to a certain baby doll that is great for little ones, please let me know. Like I said, I'm wanting a small one (so it is easy to hold). I'd prefer an anatomically correct one, but if there is one that is small and easier to dress than this one, I'd consider that. I would just purchase the same one like her sisters have (and I may still end up doing that), but I am a cheapie. I paid $24.99 for theirs and now it is $29.99...I just hate to pay more than I did before, KWIM? ![]()

We have a ton of dolls and the MOST loved one in the house is a Fisher Price Little Mommy newborn doll. You can't undress it, but my girls put clothes over it. They come in different colors, and it is the perfect size for a 3 year old. I think they retail for less than $15.

Our Goodwill has lots of baby dolls in pristine condition. I found a Bitty Baby (American Girl) that retails for $99 and paid $4 for it. They almost always have a several of the type you showed for $4. My kids prefer the soft body dolls to the hard ones.
