My printer doesn't print the whole coupon...HELP pulease
I have a desktop and laptop and as far as I can tell I've got the settings the same way. When I print from my desktop the coupon prints perfect but when I print from the laptop everything prints except the picture on the coupon...sometimes it'll print the outline of the picture. If I print a rite aid coupon from the laptop it doesn't print the wording on the coupon but it does print the barcode. I print my coupons in black and white so not sure if that has something to do with it. I know I can't be the only person this has happened to so hopefully somebody can help me out.....TYVVVVM

Sometimes on my old laptop if I started switching tabs or programs, my printer would stop where it was and spit the page out. What a pain when it was for school!

Could that be it?

Do you have your printer set to print in a gray scale? If so check the "black ink only" box. Maybe that will help? IDK

Thank you soooo much...it worked! YAY! I can print Rite Aid coupons from my laptop now...Thanks!
