I just wanted to share my binder!

I just started coupons this past weekend but I noticed all the hype is on binders with the card holders and such so i went and gathered all the supplies and voila here is my binder! ok so i only have 8 coupons from bi-lo i missed the paper this week so not really good ones yet but hey we all had to start somewhere

I have scissors and a pen in my binder too! It'll fill up in no time at all.

You are off to a great start. Add a small calculator and some paper clips would be my advice.

HEY! Nice JOB! Looks just like mine but mine is full of coupons! LOL But I have a little note pad in mine incase I need to write a note down or a price. I love the color of your binder!
Remember to ask any friends or coworkers if you can have theirs coupon papers when they are done with them. That's another way to get more coupons.

That looks awesome! I think I might have to ditch my file organizer thing and get a binder. Where is everyone finding the baseball card inserts?

I found mine on Amazon, but you can just grab a regular binder, and the baseball card holders are also sold at Target and Walmart. I think they're like 30-50 for $5.

Some pile just file the inserts by date and then clip a coupon when they need them. It cuts back on the cutting and sorting. HTH

I tried the clipless system for awhile, but FOR ME, it didn't work. I live way too far from the stores to risk leaving Qs at home, so they travel with me, clipped and organized. I'm currently growing out of my file and have the supplies coming to create my binder! So excited.

FYI, you can get 100 card pages for $16 something on Amazon. That's $4 something for 25 (which was what I could find locally for $6). It qualifies for the prime free 2 day shipping too!

You keep the entire circular entact and then only clip the coupons you need when you're ready to use them. IDK if I can mention other coupon sites on here, but there is one that advocates this system.

I have been experimenting with different methods. First I tried clipless but I feel like I spend so much time looking for coupons in the inserts and clipping them that I decided to clip them and set up a binder. I need to get a better binder and baseball card holders though. I am using a three ring binder and business card holders which are okay but flimsy. I am hoping the baseball card holders will be sturdy.

My DH and I clipped coupons for hours yesterday and only did about 1/4 of my inserts so it's going to take some time to get this done. So far I like the ease of being able to look at a sale item and find the coupons quickly.

I use a hybrid version of coupon organizing. I have a binder where I organize the coupons that I know I will definitely use. I also have an expanding file where I keep the coupons I have no need for organized by insert and date. This way I only organize the coupons for products I normally use and if there is a good deal for something that I don't normally buy, I can pull it from my "archives."

Mine is set up like my store

so aisle one is snacks/chips
aisle two is soda/sports drinks
aisle 3 is canned meat and condiments...
and so on and so on
