Yes, I did. I've actually talked with several different WM acronyms today. LOL. They were all very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in fixing the issues that are happening at the store level. I realize it's their job to smooth things over with dissatisfied customers but I didn't get the sense that I was being fed the standard mumbo jumbo. They assured me the matter was being addressed in all the stores today, though that may only include stores in this region. (Missouri)
