| stock up price for pasta sauce---newbie needs help:)
King kullen has Ragu on sale for $1.79 next week. I just ordered some $1/2 for next weeks cvs deal and then saw this price. Kk doubles $1 coupons so they would end up being .79 each. Is this a good stock up price? Thanks |

I think it is a good deal. The best I have ever been able to do was $1 a jar. If you have a walgreens in your area check out the walgreens thread. They also have a deal on ragu coming up.

I would stock up at that price! If I can get .80 or under, it makes me happy, I usually get free pasta , add 1/2 lb. ground turkey, and you can make a meal for 4 under 2 bucks!

For my area, that price for Ragu is stock up price for me. I know there are some other brands you can get cheaper on occasion, but we like Ragu, so I try and get them for under $1 anytime I can.

We don't have stores that double either  so i now I buy classico,we love it,our new favorite....last year i was able to get $2/1 coupons,this year $1/1 but when i combine it with B2G1 i get it for about .60c a jar.....my kids love white sauce,and theirs is great...

Thanks everyone. I'm going to stock up on this next week. I am getting 4 coupons so 8 jars of sauce will last us at least 4 months ( we eat pasta only a few times a month) KK doubles $1 but there is a limit of 5 and only 2 like coupons within 24 hours. For a good deal I will stop everyday on my way home  |
