| Best way to keep up with rewards, ups, etc?
How do you keep track of the printed ups (rite aid) or rewards that spit out when you make purchases. Obviously these are just like cash at that store and worth a lot, but I could see them getting lost. I'm new to all of this so just trying to get a handle on how to organize everything and keep it all straight!

I have a place in my coupon binder. But in my wallet, I have seperate places for them and they go right in there when I get them.

I have a separate organizer that I carry into the stores. Whenever I see good deals in the flyers or posted on afullcup, I gather the coupons and put them in the slot for that store. I also put all the rewards and catalinas that print out from that store. Makes it very handy to stay organized. You can buy these type organizers at the office supply stores. They are called cancelled check holders and have 13 slots plus a stretchy band around it. Each slot is labelled with a store where I shop. Hope this helps.

I have a small coupon folder with dividers. Each store has it's own section, and I put the coupons in the front of the corresponding section.

I cut them once I get them home, and then sort by amount and expiration. That way it's easy to not have any expire before I notice (I do go through at the beginning of the week and make sure though)

love the ideas of the individual store coupon folders and keeping them in there. Also cutting them apart and keeping the ones closest to expiring at the front seems smart! Thanks!! I have one of those folders right here and I think I'm gonna set mine up that way. |

I have a big paper clip (the kind where you pinch the top to open it) and I clip them to the front of my binder the second I get in the car. This way they are there, front & center, so I don't forget to use them at the grocery store. I rarely re-use them at Walgreens, I get more of a thrill out of using them at the grocery store.

I personally, rarely leave the store with the up rewards, bucks, etc. Figure it out at home and have separate orders so you are using them immediately. I usally make sure to break even, it involves a little math and planning. Let me know if anyone tells you how not to waste paper, that bothers me being so wasteful.( my kids draw on it)

I keep an envelope for each store. On the front, I write the store's name and then I start a column with all of the ECBs, etc showing each one's value & exp. date. That way I can see right away what I have. Inside each envelope I keep the ECB or whatever as well as any coupons for the current week as well as future weeks that I'm aware of. I keep each week together with its own paper clip. Suzanne |

I have a small ZIP Lock type plastic bag for CVS and one for WAGs. I keep my rewards in them with the oldest (need to be used) on top, so when I look at the bag, I see when is the next due date for my rewards. I keep them with me all of the time so I don't regret having it at home or in a binder when I need to use them (an unadvertised deal comes up).

I separate them by expiration date and write it big on top of ups (not on the ups coupon), after that I hang them on my fridge (this way I see them every day and are reminded to use them on time. Also I have noticed that if you get ups, smaller ones and bigger ones are mixed in one big receipt. Watch out, the higher ones have faster expiration dates. |
