coupon starting with five
I have a coupon for $5/1 science diet cat food. (it's from the science diet site) it says "valid only at Petco" on it but since it starts with 5 can I use it anywhere?

If it says "valid only at Petco" it doesn't matter what number it starts with. It is not intended by the issuer to be used anywhere other than Petco.
