 Get Crafty! (May 2015)
Welcome to May! I hope to see some lovely Spring & Summer crafting on here. Unfortunately, it's a very busy time with school wrapping up. Spring football is almost over though. We also expect to have visitors at the end of May, so I'm focusing on getting the house more organized and tidy. What are you crafty goals for this month? Be sure to share your projects!

I bought this weird clingy mini dress at a thrift store bc I liked the color and neckline. I had zero intention of ever wearing it as a dress! I used a technique I found on Pinterest to ruche the sides using elastic thread and turned it into a shirt instead.

I have a new project for me planned. I bought a full size flat star wars sheets at goodwill, less than $3. I want to turn it into the bottom of an empire waisted infinity dress with the long ties you wrap around yourself. If that fails it will just be a yoga band skirt. |

Started to use 2x2 tiles and mod podge using stickers and old Xmas cards etc. I will either put magnets on the back or small clothespins and make them photo holders. image-1225803849.jpg sorry pic is upside down

I also used larger tiles, 4x4's and made coasters. These are ones from 4 different sets. I must have made 8 sets of 4. Thank you Pinterest! image-146406234.jpg |
