Lhart~I can see you going into business making those. I'm picturing kitty flipflops with little kitty ears and whiskers...puppy flipflops with floppy ears...my imagination is running wild now!

I think now it will definitely be easier to find flip flops in little kids sizes! Sometime syou can even find them at the dollar stores!

walmart has a ton more out now... easier to find them now.... also target had some.. so I definitely think they will be easier to make |

OMG those are just too, too cute!!! So it is yarn? How did you attach it to the flip flops? I get the wigglie eyes and felt tongue. Brown ones with bows towards the top would be super cute ~ like a poodle with bows in it's hair. The Minnie ones on eBay were cute but $24 starting bid and $34 BIN! Yikes ~ then the kid ones! LHART ~ tell me those aren't Ralph Lauren flip flops?!?

That would shake 'em up big time!!!  No I just think they are precious. I'm thinking of my 2 little GDs in WV. Don't know if I could manage it though since I'm not really crafty. (not crafty in any sense, cunning or artsy) I used to sew all of our clothes but have not in about 15 years. I know that seems a long time to you guys, but not to me.

I have been checking repeatedly for the pics, and they were worth the wait! SO CUTE! I can't wait to try and make some for my DD school basket auction. Thanks for the great idea!

I will make them for anyone interested for the cost of the materials and shipping.. I just need shoe sizes.. I am still on the hunt for flip flops for the lil ones (Polo flips flops for everyone wouldnt be possible.. the store is sold out  ).... please pm if anyone is interested.. I know a few already have.. and I am working on tracking down the flip flops.. as soon as I have them I will let you know .... |

My daughter wants me to make puppy poodle ones ~ white material, pink tongue and pink bows where the ears would be ~ or a brown puppy. Is the break felt or craft foam?

beak is foam... when wet it holds up better... puppy poodles wouldnt be bad.. get furry white yarn... a pink pom pom for the nose... you can actually make ears and attach them.. I think it would be cute |
