Send in your name and address, plus your receipt as proof of purchase by December 20, 2009. Allow 4-6 weeks for shipping. It doesn't say you have to show proof you bought the magazine.

So I am thinking of using a Target coupon and a MQ for a covergirl product, and getting the mascara when it is on sale. I wonder if I could stack the $2 coupon from the mag with a coupon for the magazine itself???
