I know most online sites limit the number of each coupon you can print. I have seen suggestions of using two browers which sounds like a great idea. I was also wondering if simply printing the coupons once and then making a copy of that page on a scanner would work as well? I wasnt sure if the coupons have something specific to each print that would render a second coupon that you copied VOID when the cashier tries to ring it?

No, you cannot copy them. They should each have a unique id on them when you print them and copying them would be fraudulent.
