I used those same febreeze qs together at CVS with no problem and actually there was a nice bonus... the spray bottle was 3.99 and the air effects was 2.50 but for some reason it took off the 3.99 from my total. |

I tried to do this at Walmart one time and was told you can not do this (very rudely I might add!). I had a B1G1 and tried to use a $2/1. So was I told wrong?

This is the way that I believe it is intended: A BOGO coupon attaches itself to two products, similar to a $/2 coupon. To use a $/2 coupon, you need to buy two products. If you try to combine these two, you are trying to use coupons intended for FOUR products on only two products, and that is not the intention. If you are using a BOGO, you need two products, and you need another product to use the $/1, so you will need to buy three. Yes, sometimes the register will not beep. Also, sometimes the cashier will not catch it. However, the coupons are not intended to be used in a manner of a BOGO and $/1 with two products, so you, as the couponer, should catch this. Hope that helps. |

Well I have a question. This is a specific example.... CVS has Loreal Vive shampoo/Cond BOGO this week. I have a BOGO coupon for the same item. Can I use the coupon and the sale?? And would the items be completely free? |

There are several threads in the CVS forum about this. Short answer is that Yes, you should be able to and several people have gotten that directly from CVS corporate customer service. The coupon scans with no problem and automatically deducts the price. However, some stores/cashiers/managers are not accepting the coupon. http://www.afullcup.com/upload/cvs/9...-cvs-corp.html |
