I can't get utube at work, but.

What I do with my 10+ papers is sort it all out in piles. Then cut all 10+ at the same time.

Cuts the time down to nothing, and filing is a breeze.

Some Sundays my DD will come over and help me. We stack, she cuts I file.

I watched that... helps a lot, just make sure:
1. SHARP scissors
2. all inserts line up, sometimes 1 prints funny or has extra edge on it and doesn't match...

Wow, where do you get that many coupon inserts???? I only get the ones that come in my Sunday paper. It'd certainly be a neat trick for me IF I had 30 inserts to cut up...

I buy multiple papers a week but I think this week I will be sucribing to the newspapers even if it means multiple subscriptions to the same paper.

Recycle containers!

I get bundles and bundles of Sunday papers right behind the newspaper building!

I just grab out what I see but I always get 20 of each and up to 200 of each if there is a free coupon or something really hot! I remember one insert had a free coupon in it and they were going for $.60 each ~ I ended up with over 350 of that insert! You would be amazed how many papers don't sell and go to recycling completely intact!

I wish I could find a place like that mj. all I see around here are the green bins for recycling and they have a sign posted not to dig through and such.

Thanks for a great post!! I never knew how to cut down my time cutting so many coupons!! I, usually get 25+ inserts a week and I never cut them all out! They really start piling up in the house!!

What a neat idea! I usually don't have more than 5 newspapers, unless I order full inserts for a good q, but even with just that many it gets time consuming. The only thing he left out was maybe you would want to have a staple puller. I don't think I would want to just pull the stapled ones apart. With my luck I would tear every single one of them. I'm gonna try this method with a few inserts and see how it works. Thanks for posting.

Do you think the staples would rip the coupons? I have tons like this and it is always a pain keeping them loose. Love the stapling thing!
