The cards don't add to the weight enough to matter. It's a tiny piece of paper! But to each his/her own...

I just hope I've not put anyone out here by sending something late. Now I'm all paranoid! I would hope that we would contact our trader via PM if things weren't going the way we'd planned or understood that they would in a trade. I know I try to get things out immediately, but there was one time when I had a stack of envies in my car to mail, dropped them "all" at the PO on the way to work one day. About a week later, I was cleaning out my car and found one that had slipped between the seats! I was mortified and PM'd the other party immediately. I felt HORRIBLE about it! Sometimes "things happen" and it's not the other person's fault, really, just a goof up or accident.

I do try to let someone know if mailing may be delayed on an auction or something larger than just an envie going out. It's hard for me to get to the PO before they close at 4:30 so sometimes I need to wait until Monday or Friday when I'm usually off work.

Common courtesy and communication is always our best bet!

mpayne--- Sounds like you made it right!

It adds weight when you are putting a ton of q's in an envie and you're pushing the weight limit! Yea...it isn't much! I know it's silly...

My thought.. if i dont mark the envelope with my name in some way.. I dont deserve the feedback...

I am grateful when the trader gives it to me even when I forgot..... I cant expect them to go above and beyond when I was lazy or forgetful

Just to clarify: I'm too lazy to print off a card...that's why I write my name on the envie!

I had business cards printed with my user name (free of course, only paid shipping). I just drop one in the envie.

I agree that the screen name NEEDS to be in or on the envie somewhere, I currently have 3 envies that I know I haven't left feedback for. 2 are from the begining of March and one I just got a day or so ago. It was sent from their business, using a business envelope, and no where on any of my cards that I have my system through are either of the names on the envelope. I write my user name right across the back of the seal with AFC above it.
