Safeway this week snickers/m&ms are B2G1 free. I have a tearpad for snickers/m&ms that are B2G1 free. I am always stumped at these sales/coupons.

How many do I need to buy? I have 12 coupons.

Do I buy 9 and pay for 3? Or buy 6 and get all free? I have no idea... those are the only ones I can think of that make any sense

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

You will pay for 1 and get 2 free using one coupon. Unlike a BOGO on a B2G1 this never changes it will always be buy 1 get 2 free (unless of course a store does not allow you to use a Q on the free item from the store)

So with the sale and the coupon I would still pay for 1 and get 2 free?

Yup

#1 You pay for
#2 Coupon will attach to #1 and #3 so paid for by coupon
#3 The register justs knows for every 2 paid for I pay for one so store pays for.
So no matter how many you get (in multiples of three) you pay for one, coupon pays for one and store pays for one.

So with all 12 coupons I would buy 12 and get 24 free?

yup as long as they let you use the coupon on the free item. Not familiar with their policy

No prob. Now I looked at the SAFEWAY rules and it is kinda unclear if you read the thread. It does NOT say you can not use a BOGO on a BOGO to get them both free. If you read down in that thread it says they WILL take a $$/2 on a BOGO but not (2) $$/1 Qs so not sure how they decipher it. If they do not let you use the coupon on the free item then I am really fuzzy on how it works.I think it comes out to something like you buy one and get 3 free but I really don't know since I never had this problem since I have been pretty much WAGS and Winn Dixie exclusive for a while and they both allow it.

No wait that is a BOGO on a BOGO when they don't let you use the coupon to get them both free or something sorry. I think ya'd do best just to ask a CSM or something there or go to the SAFEWAY thred and ask there.
