CVS does and I think WAGs may, but not 100% on that. If the BOGO coupon doesn't attach to both items, Dollar General doesn't prohibit using the cents off Q for the one item you buy and the BOGO for the one you get free.

You are talking about using a BOGO and a cents off on two items, right? There is no store that would accept a BOGO Q and a cents off Q for one item. A BOGO requires getting at least two items.

I was in Wal-Mart yesterday talking with the manager over a coupon incident, and she told me that Wal-Mart will accept a cents off Q on two on a BOGO coupon. She also told me that they do not limit the coupons at 4 per transaction (as stated on the P&G coupons).

I might just try CVS - our WAGS is a little pickey - but I thank you for your input
