So the couponing 101 says inserts are regional. Does that explain why people have things on their wishlists from a specific insert, but it's not in my insert of that type? Is there a list of regions somewhere?

Yes. you just have to go check the inserts previews here and other boards to see what coupons are in each one.

Yes I find people from different regions to get inserts from and always check their lists. Some have only half the amount of coupons as others and some carry higher value coupons
