I'm trying to print coupons from the site and the thing keeps telling me I need to install the coupon printer. I've installed it 3 times and it wont work still. Any suggestions?

I keep getting that notice on one or two of the computers, but if I just wait about 30 seconds once the popup screen appears, the computer apparently 'remembers' the program is there and just prints the coupons. You might just want to wait once the popup screen about 'saving' or 'downloading' shows up to see if your computer wil do what mine do?

Mine quit working when I updated my virus software. No amount of reinstalling, disabling, or otherwise fiddling with it has resolved the problem. I don't know what to try next.

I've always had to change the address to use bricks, but the problem is different now.
