Double Trouble!??
I am completely lost when it comes to how and where you can double coupons or as many posters say "use a doubler". I shop at safeway target walmart and haggins, can anyone enlighten me?

At most stores you can combine a store ex. Target Q with a Manu. Q = 2 Q's on the same item. Hope this helps!
