To clip or not to clip?

Hi, I'm new to AFC! I'm loving it, and have been getting a lot of things free, cheap or making money! I can't believe I haven't been doing this all along!!!

I'd love to hear from others about coupon clipping:

Do you clip every coupon from your Sunday inserts, or do you only clip the ones that you believe you will use (and keep the rest in the event of free, very cheap or MM sales?) and then look up the product name in the coupon database to find what insert to clip from?

I've mostly been trying to keep my qs in file folders organized by insert date, but my coupon binder is still bulging, even doing that. I'm afraid if I clip everything or most coupons that it will be very time consuming to do so, and I will have too many coupons to fit into one binder. Using my current method, I find I am spending an awful lot of time on the database looking up where to find and clip coupons for the various sales and am thinking there has to be a better way.... Not to mention if I go into a store and find a product on clearance, that my q is likely still in the coupon insert in the manila folder at home...

Since I've been getting about 4-5 Sunday papers worth of inserts, I'm wondering about the best way to do this. Any advice or sharing of your experience and what you find to be easiest/quickest would be greatly appreciated!!

I only get one set of inserts a week if I buy the paper. Sometimes I'll buy more then one if the coupons are great!

I clip them all. Ones I know I'll use get filed in my binder. Ones Im not sure of or wont use get stored in envies in my trade/raok box. Each envie is marked frozen, breakfast etc.

If you get more then 1 set of inserts clipping what you'll use and filing the rest is the best way to go in my eyes. I did that years ago and it worked great. When I saw a great deal where I could get items for free/cheap or make money on I'd go ahead and just pull the insert the coupon was found in and clip them out.
