Can you always combine with manu Qs or is there a specific kind only that you can combine them with? Thanks!

I have seen posts about items at Target having Target peelies on them. I've never been lucky enough to see one, though.

some stores willlet you combine manu Q's with store Q's.... if your peelie says store Q on it and your store allows you to combine , then you can.....

I have had cashiers pull the peelies off and use them, even after I tell them I already have a coupon. I figure, I let them know that I am giving them a coupon for the item, I'm not going to argue with them about taking more off my total.
