Help Sign ISO a new binder

When I first started couponing I was using a basic 1-inch binder which quickly got filled up so I upgraded to a basic 2-inch binder, which a couple days ago broke the entire front just fell off! So I decided to search for a new binder. I ordered the Case-It D185 4-inch zipper binder from Amazon and was sooo excited to get it yesterday... but sent it back today. I would have loved that binder BUT #1 the description said round rings... they were D rings (harder to flip through, for me) #2 my baseball card pages edges sat right at the zipper so when opening/closing would get caught in the zipper. #3 My dividers didn't fit at all! They hung about 3/4 of an inch past the zipper... so 3 strikes and it's out! Now the search continues
What I'm looking for is a binder with a zipper 2+ inches... any suggestions?

During back to school sales; Mead sells a 2 inch round ring zippered binder. There might be some around somewhere now. I usually got it at Walgreen's or Target. I have bought it for my kids; but beware that they handle it rough; open and close many times a day and it never lasts the year; the rings become misaligned. I don't think that would happen to the rings if they didn't have to open and close all the time, but I feel that if I'm giving a recommendation that I should also share my experience.

eta - I don't use a binder for my coupons; so I don't really know if the baseball card holders would fit in the Mead. Have you looked at scrapbooking supplies? Sometimes AC Moore or Michaels sells very inexpensive scrapbook covers. They have a pin style ring system But I don't know if any have zippers.
