Can Rainchecks be used at different stores as competitor's coupons?

Example-I have at HT raincheck that I would like to use at LF.

I don't think rainchecks can be used like a competitor coupon. Have you called your local store?

I'd say call and ask. When I have awkward questions like that I always say, "I have one of those questions that falls into the 'never hurts to ask' category. Can you tell me...."

I hope it works out for you. Maybe they will honor it if they also honor competitor's advertisements?
