| Toothpaste Tube Blues
Just wanted to catch your attention! ![]() Besides the # of boxes of cereal in our stockpiles...we also have toothpaste galore. Just a few questions: 1. does toothpaste go bad after its expiration date? or does it just lose its potency? 2. how long after the expiration date, can you use toothpaste? |

| What happens when toothpaste expires (in terms of effectiveness or... According to this, the active ingredients (like flouride) don't go bad or lose their effectiveness, but it might taste funky if you let it go for too long. Good question! I had never thought of it before. My SO jokes that if there is an apocalypse, we can always use the toothpaste as spackle to make repairs! |
