My local baseball card shop has 8 & 9 pocket baseball card sleves.. I purchased the 9 first than sent DH up to get me more and he came home w/ the 8 pocket. BEST thing ever....IMO. They are a tad bit bigger and makes it easier I think to get them in and out. And I think I pay 10 for 1.00. They are a high quality....and don't tend to tear like the ones people have mentioned buying at Wal~Mart.

Thats awsome!! I struggle with my mess of "organization"! I use an accordian type file keeper, i dont have enough tabs for detailed categories and it's caused me to loose many coupons because they expired before i could use them, because i didnt know i had them cause i couldnt find them!!!!!
I've been trying to figure out a way to file/organize them and i just did!!! Thank you very much!

I don't know what I would do without my q binder. It takes a lot of the "stress" out of couponing...I don't have to wonder whether or not I have a specific q, I just look quickly through the binder. I also have all of my q's with me if I run across any unadvertised clearance items.

These are all great ideas:
Ziploc bag for used q's--ususally use envelopes but ziploc bags just make more sense.
Writing expiration dated with dry erase--excellent tips. I always struggled with trying to fold q so I could see $amt, date and item.
I dont have case it just regular binder with tabs and baseball inserts. It is so great makes my shopping experience a lot easier.

I just decided to make a binder last week and I found these great dividers at Wal-Mart in the school supplies on clearance for .25. I like them because the tabs stick out farther than the card inserts. They also have a small pocket on them too. My organization skills aren't very good but I'm getting there!

I'll have to look for the dividers. I've not been able to find any that stick out far enough, that's why I put the sticky tabs on the card holders. Thanks for this. I'm at Wally world every day anyways (according to my husband )

You can find Case-It binders at Target where the notebooks are. Would not trade it for the world. Mine has a 3 ring binder on both sides. I have made one of the binder sides upside down because of the way it makes that side stick up when I opened it before. HTH

I started on the binder today. I got through beverages, canned/frozen, and cleaning from my old coupon holder. :shoo: Sure is a LOT left to do but already I feel way more "zen" about how it is going to help me out!!

I just moved everything from my accordian-type folder to a binder two weeks ago. I love the organization and the ease of finding qs. I'm still struggling with how to fit that binder in my cart while I'm shopping.
I looked at the case-it binders at Target and at Staples. I found a Staples brand that's really similar -- the major difference is that it has only one set of rings -- on clearance for $2.50!

Wow, hope you got that $2.50 binder!!!!! Awesome deal! I usually place my suitcase, um I mean pocketbook (about the same thing these days- the claim is carrying a big pocketbook makes you look smaller ) in the seat of the buggy. I then place my binder on it and lean it back onto the back of the buggy. You can place the binder across the top of the seat on some buggys and use your pocketbook for a bit of extra support. Every now and then I find a buggy that doesn't like to hold my binder, but for the most part you can do this and be able to flip pages HTH

ok, so I ran to Target tonight (who am I kidding? I run to Target EVERY night!

Anyway, I bought the baseball card dividers, and a zipper 3-ring binder. I didn't get the Case It one recommended, I found one 1/2 the price, seems to be a private brand of some kind. I compared both and decided to get this one because it has a very cool enclosed plastic accordian file thingy. I plan my shopping trips weekly and pull coupons for it, so this way I can put each shop's weekly coupons in a different divider to use throughout the week, along with my shopping lists. Plus it's a pretty purple color.

I am going to start filling the dividers tonight! thanks so much for all the great tips!
