I had never heard of this site before but now I am trying to get into it and I am unable to find any coupons.Every one I click says there are no coupons available.I also registered with them and it says I am registered but then I get a faliure notice saying my information was undeliverable to rachels coupon clippers.I would really like to start using her site

Her site must be down. I have ordered from her before and I have had no problems. Mine says cannot find server.

It must be down cuz I used to get coupons from her all the time and NEVER had any problems!! She has speedy delivery and great service!!!

She sent us all an email saying that she will be back up by tonight,she took a two day vacation, but someone was supposed to be maaning the site. I order at least once a week and have never had any problems with her or her site.Fast service too....take 4 days from Florida to me in Nebraska.Just started here today, nice to find you all.....

Word of advice (and I have always had reliable service from her as well). If you are ordering for a current weeks sale do so no later then Sunday night. The only problem I have with her is she is expensive (IMO) and never has the really good ones in stock.

Now, I am not bashing the service, just so you all know. But I HAVE had issues with her service, and reading that you guys have not, makes me wonder why I have. The first time I ordered I got 100 of the same coupon. When they arrived about 30 of them were cut really bad, the exp's were off. When I contacted her she said there had been a problem with the cutter and the person sending them was suppose to check every order. Next order I get is missing some, she said they were no longer in stock, yet my order form showed it. Ok, I gave her another try last week. I found the coupons I wanted, ordered them, got a email from her saying she did NOT know what happened but she did not have the coupons I wanted.... I wonder why I have had such bad luck, again, not bashing her or or site, just stating my unlucky experiences.

I have only had one bad order but was given credit on my account for the mistake.
My only beef is if the do not SELL coupons they charge for finding and clipping the coupons, Then Why are some coupons from the same inserts more costly than others? It would seem to me that if it is illegal to SELL coupons that coupons found and clipped from the same source would cost the same amout regaurdless of how good the coupon is.

I only had one problem with her and it was because one type of coupon didn't get sent and on the invoice is was not checked off. It was an honest mistake, human error, and she refunded me the money and sent me the coupons.
