How coupon train, coupon swap/trade, coupon database work here?
I looked thru the site but didn't find the information on how these work?
Would someone guide me into the right post or explain to me?
If I have certain coupons that I don't use that I'm willing to trade for the Qs I need, do each party trade with the same value Qs or something else? Who pays postage?
Also I checked out Coupon database up on the menu to look for Qs that I would like to buy but it didn't show where I could buy them. I saw a few "who" wants the coupons.
