| IP Coupon Problems- Companies standing behind their Coupons
Smartsource has already issued a pdf letter for customers to print and take to stores that are giving customers issues with IP coupons. This might help as it includes a phone number for them to call. My connection at RedPlum (Valassis) has told me she will have a letter from them as well by the end of the week. This may help us out. I don't know if I can post a pdf or not of the SmartSource letter. |

RedPlum (Valassis) ETA Update: UPDATE on the RedPlum (Valassis) letter: Just heard the letter should clear all channels Monday afternoon. Letter needs to clear their advertisers, legal dept etc. All should be done Monday afternoon (10/6). We have not been forgotten |

I wonder if coupons.com would do a letter too. This is the site I find most coupons I use. I sure hope we don't get harrassed on the dimatapp coupon that is out there since they didnt like the robitussin last month .
