I wrote them more than a month ago because I bought a big tub of their butterand it had been melted so they wrote me and said they would be sending me a refund and some coupons.I never got them so I wrote the women back and she said it was sent out a long time ago and I said well I never got it and I never got anything back.
I guess its time to make a call!!!!

Do TWO things (just my suggestion)

1) send her a copy of the whole thing certified return reciept. yes it will cost you like 4 bucks but you'll probably get 50 bucks worth of junk in return.

2) cc to a local newspaper reporter - like whomever runs the stupid "coupon queen" article once every three months. note the cc on your original letter to them.

It worked,I got a coupon for a free any size butter plus a bunch of $$$ off coupons.
