On my way home from Illinois for Memorial weekend i went through the drive through of McDonalds somewhere in Missouri and ordered 3 happy meals and one Value meal. Well about 10 or 15 miles down the road we get the bags opened sandwiches are cooled off for the kids then we realize every single sandwich is wrong!!! After traveling all that way with 3 cranky kids i was not about to turn around so i dig through the bag and find the receipt and call the store and speak with the manager explaining to her what happened telling her that the only thing the got right was my French Fries, LOL. She says they are sorry and that if i give her my address she will send me out some "Be My Guest Cards" So today in the mail i get these cards. Well on the back of them it says good at only the Following McDonalds and has a list of about 6 diffrent McDonalds which are all over 150-200 Miles away from me well that really doesnt do me any good. So now what do i do. Does anyone know if they actually go by that or can i use them anywhere. Because if i cant i will be making another call back to the same store and explaining to the manager because i do have her name and everything that her cards she sent me will do me no good as i will not drive 200 miles for a free cheeseburger and a small coke.

In my experience they won't let you use it if it's not listed on the card.

I have gotten those same kind of cards in springfield area and it is only for certain restaurants in that area. I would just make another call and ask for a regional managers # maybe you could get a better deal that way!!!!

4- for french fries
5- cheesburgers
5- small soft drink
3- 6 variety breakfast (list 6 diffrent breakfast sandwiches)

Guess i will be making another phone call today and seeing what i can do because these do me absolutely no good.

Since most McD's are franchises, that's probably why they are only good in a certain area - those are probably all the franchises owned by the same person. Stinks though!
