Has anyone emailed a complaint to PROTCTER & GAMBLE in the last month?

I emailed them 3 times in the month of april for 3 different products they make and each time they send me an email telling me they will follow up with me via the USPS and then with in a week I get a letter and a coupon,BUT heres the kicker I have gotten a coupon for a free up to 64 oz. bottle of tide.(thats great I love tide but I know have enough tide for a year)and nothing for the problems with the real complaints.I wrote them about a bottle of frbreeze I bought(sprayer wouldnt work) then I wrote them about a bad downy ball I had thae opened when ever it felt like and also a package of windez wipes that were not wet anymore.
Dont get me wrong I am not complaing abot all the free tide but I do need windex,frebreeze and some downy.....
Just wondering if this happened to any one else????????

I know but I really am a tide person so I used them all,but I just thought it was strange that all I kept getting was the tide coupons and not the other stuff I complained about.The stuff I complained about was alot less $$$But I did have some questions that I wanted resolved so I emailed them back again asking for a responce to my orginial questions.Who know what will happen now.....HMMMMM matbe more tide,then I will be having a tide only auction...... LOL
