| Thats what I have been running into lately.I get some replies that they are sending me free coupons and other ones that are sending me a refund.But that is very strange to get 2 different replies for the same complaint,as you can see someone didnt read one of your email,just send you a refund and get it over with. Some of these companys would benifit if they actually read what we were saying to them. |

| I have gotten that kind of responce before.One time I wrote a company and they hadnt responded so I called them well I got a bunch of free stuff from the guy I talked to on the phone and then a couple free coupons from the email I sent.They arrived a day apart.Good luck,if they cant read and understand what you are saying in the email then I believe it deserves 2 really good envelopes full of goodies!!!(LOL) |
