Click on the Manufacturer hyperlink. Next it'll show you the A-Z list of the different products. You can click on the Contact Us hyperlink of that product. Write a letter to the company to compliment their product. They all lie compliments! If you have a bad experience then you can send them a complaint about that product. I had a bad experience with a product & the company sent me out a Free coupon to try their product again. I hope this helps you or another person out. I'm new here. So do you just email and compliment the product or do you requet coupons as well? I had emailed Pampers and let them know how we really like their product and got nothing but a thank you...granted the thank you was speedy ^_^

I have emailed several companies lately thanking them for their superb products and never asked for coupons, but they have responded with nice emails back and in the mail have received some cents off coupons along with some really nice notes and some recipes, too. I email about 4 to 5 companies each day and almost every day, I am receiving some coupons in the mail--it makes me excited to go to the mailbox to see what I get that day!!

I've done this with some companies too! They are very appreciated of positive feedback and reward their loyal customers with coupons. They aren't a lot but it helps!

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but how do they get your address if you don't include it in the email? If you do include it but you aren't overtly asking them for coupons then what rationale do you give for including it?

Most companies have you include your name and address when you fill out the "contact" form. On the other hand, several companies emailed me back and said that if I forwarded my address they would send a complimentary Q.

Not too long ago I wrote Glade/Johnson & Johnson, to let them know which of their candles I liked and also to tell them about the one I didnt like.
The reply gave me what seemd like a rather condescending lesson re: trimming the wick, etc for 'optimum' use of this particular candle, LOL

The good part is they also sent me *two* Qs for a FREE 4 oz candle along with a booklet of Qs for Glade and other Johnson & Johnson products!
