| Do you use a letterhead/template when emailing/mailing?
Hello Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone used a letterhead or template to send out your emails or mail? And just changed a few words according to what company you were mailing? I am interested in sending out emails and getting started with that and thought that it would be really easy to copy and paste and then just adjust the product information. Any ideas? Examples? Thanks |

I write each e-mail individually based on the product. I always end it the same with my name then address. When you e-mail companies most of the time there is a form to fill out as well that includes your address. I still put my address anyways. It really only takes me about 1 minutes to write the e-mail. I make it about 6-7 sentences. It is pretty basic. Also the more you get into it you will realize that a lot of individual products are owned by the same parent company. You would hate the same customer relations office to recieve the same form letter from you about many product. kwim? |
