Your experiences with the 3 wick soy Glade candles

I just called Glade to ask about the burning of the new 3 wick soy candle. I started burning one this morning and about 20 min. into it, the melted wax had went over the wicks! Glade said this shouldn't have happened and that they were sorry and were going to send me a q for a FREE 3 wick. Anyone else have this problem?

No prob. I was a little dissapointed with the candles. I'm hoping that the q they send me is for ANY Glade item... I want reed diffusers.

Thanks for the heads up, I bought a reed diffuser (have not tested) and have been planning on buying the multi wick candles but if you've found the reed to be better then in that case I may just grab more reeds instead!

When I was buying some at WAGS the cashier asked me if I had had any problems with them (she knows I've bought alot!). She said they burn too fast and are not worth the $$. I plan on giving them as presents for the DS's teachers/daycare/etc.

I had emailed Glade with a comment this week that every tin I try to purchase has the Q's taken from them already, and that some even had the candle stolen. I suggested better packaging next year to avoid disappointment with consumers. I just got today's mail and there are 2 Q's for Up to $4 Free select items, and a Q booklet with several Q's in them. The Free Q's have a holographic foil seal on them...I bet that's what they'll send you too.

My 3 wick candle has been burning with no problem. I love it. I do have several reed diffusers that I have not tried.

Thank you for the heads up. I have had the same problem with mine. I purchased the 3 wick candle and one reed diffuser several weeks ago. I tried the candle first and had to dump liquid wax out of the candle to get more usage out of it. I have not tried the diffuser yet.

I have the currant & acai scent. It smells great and I haven't had any problems. Once I started burning mine I actually went out and bought two more. I like it much better than the Febreeze candle I tried around the same time. I thought that one burnt very quickly.

I'm just glad that I got these for free, or I would've had to kick myself for paying $9.99 for them...!

I like the three wick candle, and think it burns slow and even. I love the reed diffuser too, it's nice to have a air freshener that doesn't need power to work.

When I first lit my candle, everything was fine. After a couple of hours, I noticed one wick almost out. I tilted the candle to get the short one up to speed with the others and it has worked perfect since then. I have used it many times for 2-3 hours at a time and still have about 1/3 of the candle left.
