| Excellent response from Kraft re: Taco Bell dinner kits
I bought 4 Soft & Hard Shell dinner kits (the ones that have the kool-aid included) the last time they were BOGO @ Publix. Every single hard shell in all 4 boxes was broken. Dh LOVES the hard shell tacos so I had to go out to the store and get a box of shells. I emailed Kraft with my issue. I've never had this issue before with the dinner kits and I said so. I got a very fast (w/in 12 hrs) response and they are mailing me out 4 coupons for dinner kits. I LOVE quick and great customer service.

The same thing happened to me. Sometimes I find a broken shell but the last time I bought the kits, there were more broken than not!

we just had one of these kits on Tuesday night (got at the last Kmart superdoubles event) and 4 out of the 6 crunchy shells were broken. I was disappointed, but never thought to write the company............ I just may do that now!

Fantastic! I try to let the companies know when something isn't up to their regular standards. But also- don't forget to let them know when something is good as well!
