| BBW and a thought....
I think sometimes we send letters to complain. But, it also important to give praise when we have good shopping experiences. I sent an email to Bath and Body Works.... and here is the response.... Dear Mary, We are so happy you took the time to write us. We were delighted to learn about your recent shopping experience at **** Mall. We, as a company, believe in excellent customer service and we value each and every one of our customers. Our associates always appreciate compliments like yours. We are forwarding your comments to the Regional Manager, who will share them with **** and ****. Customers like you make our work even more rewarding, and you can be sure that we will continue to give you the kind of high quality products and superior service that you've already experienced. Thanks for providing us with your information. As a gesture of goodwill, you will soon be receiving via US Mail a store coupon. it is always easy to jot a note to complain .. but i agree when someone in the store goes out of there way for me or the boys i do jot a note for a compliment  i am sure there is never enough anymore great job!!!

I completely agree! I had nothing but positive things to say about Spray-N-Wash and they sent me a $4 coupon!

That's awesome! It's cool to get coupons for stuff that isn't in a superstore! Seems like those are always scarse!
