They didn't even ask if I had mine. I forgot to give it to them also. I had went through the drive thru and usually remember but forgot this time. I had it with me if they would of asked for it. Grrr.... If I take my RX back, will they re ring it up using MY card? I only fill there to get the ECB back from them.

they should be able to do that for you, or if they say no, tell them you want them to manually give you your extra buck for the script then. it's a dollar for every two so each one is fifty cents =)
the Manager on duty should be able to assist you tho!

Oh uh-uh! No way, that's the only way I get anything back for my quarterly ECB's! I'd go back in and explain, if that doesn't work out, I would call C/S! Sorry that happened to you.

You should be able to just bring in your recipet, and your card we have a little button that will allow us to update your account without doing the refund.

Are you sure they scanned THEIR card?? The pharmacy techs have to scan their id's to get access to the register if they weren't just logged in. That scan has nothing to do with your extracare card. Did something come up on the receipt that indicates it was scanned into someone else's card?? If so, I'd talk to the manager because that's pretty shady!!!

Yes, I'm positive they scanned their card. The last 4 numbers on it are not mine! Also, I have not spent any summer spending and the receipt shows summer spending on it.

They have tried to do this before. I have picked up my RX in the past and they would scan their card before I had time to reach for mine. I would then hand mine over and they would scan mine. This time, I forgot to even hand mine to them. They never ask for them.

I think this pharmacy is shady anyway, they tried to keep my change twice now. I have had to ask for my money back when I pick up inside.

I'm going over there this week and they can rescan this RX to my card. I do not give up my coveted ECB's easy.

UPDATE: I went in today and explained the card problem and they were very nice and put the RX on my card so I would get credit. He explained that they usually just grab a card and use it because most don't like to mess with finding their card. He apologized and was very nice so everything is cool. Thank you for all your help.

For future reference, I think you can just call the corporate # and they should be able to fix it w/o you having to go back in...Just make sure you have your receipt.

Glad you got them to rescan it using your card. However, why were they scanning their card anyway - they are just trying to get more ECB's on their personal card. I would be on the phone to corporate in a nano second to report them.
