Yesterday I went into Walgreens and bought the following....

With Tax: 21.34 With Tax

Coupons...

2.00 for Loreal Eye Shadow
1.00 for Loreal Eye Shadow
1.00 for Goody Headband
2.00 for Loreal Hip Eye Shadow stick

Total with Coupons= 15.34

Gift Card:$1.10

Total with Gift Card= 14.24

Then, I gave her a RR for $4, but it didn't get taken off my receipt... I didn't notice it til I got home. So, I sent an email to Walgreens and told them. So, the store manager called and asked about what happend and I told him. He told me to stop by the store and they would fix the problem. So, I am happy about. So, My total should go down to $10.24 for those stuff and I am happy about that. I'll keep you updated. I'm going by the store tomorrow morning.

But, I am glad to know Walgreens is on the ball about Customer Service and they care enough to want to fix the problem.

Just a little heads up, the reason the RR didn't take off is because you presented it after you swiped the gift card (if I'm reading it correctly). You have to present all coupons (RRs are coupons too) before presenting any tender (like GC, cash, EBT, credit, etc).
