A couple weeks ago I had trouble with a manager at a Wags telling me I didn't receive $5RR on the ALL detergent deal b/c I 'didn't pay enough oop' ::rolleyes here: So some of you told me to go back and get a form to request the RR's... well you would have thought I had horns coming out of my head and amazingly nobody knew of this form. So I emailed corporate (I'll admit I have a totally lame phone-phobia and will always try email before calling). I sent my initial problems and it took a few days to get a response. Then someone emails me asking for receipt info. So I send it. Few days later, they ask for more receipt info. b/c they 'forgot'. Sent that. Waited a few days before writing in and saying that I wanted a response and wanted this handled. Got a lame apology and a promise for a resolution by the end of the next work day. Didn't get it. So the following day I wrote the guy saying to forward my emails to someone else in corporate and I would be recontacting them as well since he had provided no service other than to delay everything. That was on Friday. FINALLY this morning, wouldn't you know, they were able to get their act together and are sending me a $5 GC. No apologies for the delay, no apologies for the horrible service from the manager, nothing. But oh well, at least I got the GC for the RR I deserved!

Moral of the story: persistence pays! If you're battling with Wags, don't let them forget you, or let them think you'll forget! Stick with it and make a difference!!
