I contacted them because my son has a rash on his bum and they sent me coupons. So I gave them a second try and still developed a rash on his bum again it is the one kind of diaper from huggies that does this.

SO I emailed a second time and they sent me a email telling me that they are sending me a prepaid envelope to send back the unused diapers for further compensation..

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Not the rash part...but I have contacted them about q's that were expired in a pack I purchased and they sent me q's back. Their customer service is excellent and very understanding! I once had a leak in her diaper and they sent me q's for the pack I bought so the pack was free!!

My son used Huggies all the way up until size 4. When I bought the size 5 to use they gave him a rash! VERY VERY weird.

I use the pure and natural when I find a good deal. they are so soft and AWESOME! I've only had one leaking experience. I've contacted huggies before and they sent me the same envelope. I didn't send anything back becasue the diaper I used was the last one and I even told them that.

How often are you changing him?
Are you sure it's not a yeast rash?

We go threw 10-15 diapers a day. I change him when he is wet. I am sure that it isn't a yeast rash because I can use huggies natural fit just not the supreme (I believe that is what they are called.) Both times that I have used the supremes he has gotten this rash. And it has been cool here so I don't think that it is heat rash either.

Surprisingly enough Huggies are the ONLY thing that my DD does NOT rash from... Pampers nearly give my kid hives... Glad you are going to get reimbursed!
