I got a bad can a couple of months ago. The dough was half the normal size and all shriveled up. I called the mfg because I was worried it was a quality issue in manufacturing or something. They were very nice and explained that sometimes the inner seal gets compromised and it doesn't show on the outside. They sent a bunch of coupons. Well, a couple of weeks later I bought another roll from the same store and found the same problem. I sent an email to the mfg letting them know that it was problem at that store and told them not to send any coupons as I was still using the ones they sent the first time. They sent a very nice thank you in reply. Needless to say I buy them elsewhere now!
