| Hard Rock Cafe You know I usually tell you how BAD a place is. Today I want to tell you about how GOOD a place is. The HARD ROCK CAFE. We had a bad fight with the manager over a coupon. I sent them a very simple letter about it. Got an apology card in the mail, an apology phone call, and the customer service people there are REALLY REALLY REALLY nice, accomidating, and they SPEAK ENGLISH. If you are going out to dinner and there's an HRC around, I think this is a great company to support with your money. They really seem to take care of their AA members.   |
