i've had problems with both of these makers. my secret clinical strength broke on the bottom-and it is pretty pricey! and my loreal hair color didn't work, either. both companies sent very nice replies to my emails and each sent me a coupon to make up for my problems. i was able to get a new secret clinical bonus size (coupon was good on any product, a $12.99 value for me), and loreal was also for any product (got the $15.99 perfect 10-which i love!!). i'm very happy with both companies!!! and both were fast to mail out the coupons. i usually don't complain, but sometimes it pays to do just that!
