I bought a couple packages of Huggies Snug & Dry diapers for my DD, and she leaked through almost every one of them. I wrote Huggies an e-mail telling them how frustrated I was with these particular diapers and how I've liked Huggies in the past. A week later, I recieved a coupon for a free package of diapers and two $1.00 off coupons.

I've also written a number of companies complimenting their products and recieved Q's in the mail. (Bar-S, Malt-O-Meal, and Beech Nut are just a few)

i have been having problems with huggies lately too...it seems its been since the "recesion" (cant spell) started. I have trouble with the velcro tabs and the front side tabs ripping off though. I am wondering if they started using cheaper materials or something

I definately think it's worth the time to write the company a quick note or e-mail. I think they want to know what we think of their products, and hopefully it will make a difference in the quality of their products, as well.

i dont like huggies either the tabs pull off to easy, I like the wallmart brand better!

I'm jealous that you can use the Walmart brand! They're too scratchy and cut into my DD's little legs I wish I could use them, though. They're so much cheaper!

I use the ones in the yellow box 13.98 I have used them for 3 years , last week I got the wags diapers buy one get one half price they are not to bab I think I even like them better than wm's diapers...
