Free product from General Mills
A couple of weeks ago I emailed General Mills to tell them I thought their Chocolate Chex cereal was gross. (I didn't say it exactly like that, but basically that I didn't like it.) I never heard back from them by email, but yesterday I got a letter in the mail with an apology and a coupon for a free General Mills product, and 1/1 coupon for GM cereal (I think).

I have gotten such good responses from companies, just from giving them my opinions about things! And I have not lied about anything, just emailed and told them I didn't like the product. I thought they might send some $1 off coupons or something, but I never thought I would get coupons for a free product just based on my personal taste preferences.

I called Marie Callenders about a pot pie I had, that was overloaded with pepper. I told them that this has never happened. They took my info, and about a week later I received a free replacement and also a few coupons. Just for being honest
