I emailed them because i got a roll of foil that wouldnt un roll it was like it had glue all over the whole roll and i got this response

I apologize for the fact that you had a problem with our Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil,
and I will put a replacement coupon in the mail to you.

During production, it is possible for the wrap to be wound on the core off center. When
this occurs, the edge of the roll may be crushed, making dispensing difficult or almost
impossible.

We are very careful to avoid such an occurrence, but when it does happen, our
inspector removes the defective rolls from the production line before they reach the
packaging area. Apparently there was a mechanical failure that was not immediately
detected. Quality Control will be keeping a close check on this equipment to prevent a
recurrence of this problem.
