CLorox Citrus Flavoered Bleach

It doesn't work as well as regular bleach! Seriously........ So after emailing them I got this:

Dear Ms. Dietrich,

Thank you for contacting us about Clorox Bleach - Citrus Blend/Lemon Fresh. We always appreciate hearing from our consumers.

We're sorry that your recent purchase of our bleach didn't meet your expectations. There are several factors that can contribute to the apparent lack of effectiveness of our bleach in the wash. Underuse of detergent and sodium hypochlorite bleach (especially when laundering heavily soiled articles), cold wash temperatures, too short a wash cycle, overloading the machine, and hard water can contribute to less than satisfactory results. You may wish to try increasing the amount of detergent, using the hottest water safe for the fabrics, and--if hard water is a problem--adding a water softener. These measures can help tie up troublesome minerals and excess soil that often cause fabrics to look dull. While most stains will be washed out by using the recommended amounts of bleach and detergent, not even Clorox Bleach - Citrus Blend/Lemon Fresh will remove certain kinds of stains set by age or dryer heat. This product does have the same whitening power as Regular Bleach. It is the same, however it is not EPA approved to be a disinfectant like the Regular Scented Bleach. It also has a lower concentration of bleach, because the bleach degrades the scent of bleach. Therefore we only need a less amount of bleach concentration in product.

We will be sending you (2) coupons for you to try our product again.

Again, thank you for contacting us.

Sincerely,

Michelle Steele

Some very interesting comments...
"It is the same... as the Regular Scented Bleach. It also has a lower concentration of bleach..." Than how can it be the same?
And my personal favorite:
"because the bleach degrades the scent of bleach".
